Looking to buy some tein s tech lowering springs lowers like 2 inches. question is how long would my stock struts and shocks last wil these on their before they gave out?

Do you still have the stock springs on your 2000? If so, with any reasonably mileage being on them they're gone already. Replace your shocks at the same time. You'll never enjoy the benefits of the new springs without new shocks.
