i know when you put on new mods you should disconnect your battery and leave it off for 15 minutes to reset the ecu but what will happen if you dont?

nothin will happen, but you might not get all of the performance that you could. your ecu has to be reset, so it can "learn" the new values.

[:D] Dont listen to him man if you dont disconnect your battery you will just have to check your blinker fluid. Not disconnecting your battery can cause the blinker fluid to build up and clog your blinkers along with making the fluid leak all over the front of yoru car.[xx(] some nasty shit!

HAHA no man if you dont nothin bad happens the ecu might just not pick up the new item and adjust the car to it. And if your doing electrical well you might end up with a few blown fuses...

Warning:

ACTUAL SERIOUS ANSWER![:D]

Not resetting the ECU will not harm it but as stated you might not get all the power your looking for, also a CEL is very possible.
