I can see it working, but I really think the cast Aluminum one is stronger and offers less deflection. I'd say stick with what you have.

Sorry for the late reply, but yes thats what i'm talking about. Still wondering why it broke.....

Stress. Either you over torqued the bolts, the engine was crooked or you hit something hard enough to break the mount. Guarantee it wasn't anything HP related.
