I want my wheels to stick out a little more so Im about to purchase a set of h&R 15mm wheel spacers..Im rolling with 215/45/17 tires on ST200 wheels with H&R 2" drop race springs...Will I have any rubbing issues.

with 15mm.. It will sit FLUSH with the fender.. but rear wont... go 20mm in rear to match front.

Rubbing, when going around corners or a decent size bump/pot hole.

Whats the stock offset of a ST200? 45 or 49?

Your going to get pretty flush if they're 45, if they're 49 it will be better. Also with the 215 tires you'll be rubbing for sure. Your going to need a good roll on the fenders, and 205/45 tires would be better.
