I'm starting to put together a turbo kit for my 05 2.0 duratec.

I'm going to mount my turbo to my manifold just like a normal turbo setup. I'll be running oil to the turbo from a T-fitting comming off the oil sending unit(thanks for the idea Sporadic).

Can I rout my oil return line to my valve cover insted of the oil pan? My not sure if this setup will couse problems or not. Thanks in advance.

The return has to be below the turbo to drain properly.
Your options are the block or the oil pan.
Good luck and keep up the research.
