well i have 111, 000 miles on my beast of a focus and never replaced the PVC valve, actually i wasnt sure the car was even equipped with it but i heard if its not changed it could cause major problems.

so my question is: where is the damn thing loacted???? also I'm not having any problems with the car but should i still replace it?..

its on the forward left corner of the block, below the head... near the thermostat housing. ou can follow the vacuum hose to it if it's hard to see

ok thanks ill check it out.... and my ******* said PVC...lol.. oops i meant PCV...

lmao, ok thanks...i got it today and it looks like a hard job....my only question how in the hell do you get that hose off thats surrounding it?..I've been pulling and pulling and damn.. nothing..

flat blade screw driver and 'break' it loose.

ok all finished, alittle pulling and such came right out, and now i wonder why i waited so long to change it..lol.... thanks
