I am VERY pleased with the clutch I got from south bend.

http://www.dxdracingclutches.com/

I got the Rally series, and it feels great and holds perfectly.

EDIT: I got a Fidanza aluminum flywheel from this forum for a really good price, sent that to them to get it measured and machined if necessary to work with the clutch. They subtract the retail price of the flywheel if you do that.

The clutch has got organic material on one side, and ceramic on the other.

I will 2nd this.

The clutch is very easy to push in * I have the STG 3 *

Organic on both sides, bought my fidanza flywheel from Ebay new, sent it to South Bend, total spent only $650.

Thats better than $900 - $1000 for CM or Spec.

A flywheel isn't necessary but a very nice mod if you can and if you're doing the clutch it would just be easy to put one in with the new clutch. Keep us posted!

I also have a fidanza flywheel and enjoy it. It is a little loud at idle and can raddle, but hey my car is loud anyways
