well in talking with b16sir1991 and doing some maintenance, i found out that you can get your set-up to sound like an atmospheric BOV. there is a hose that goes from the bosch surge valve that dumps air back into the intake, all you do is leave the hose off. i did some runs at 1/2 and WOT and there was no boost leak or any leaning out of air/fuel. i only have 8 lbs of boost too so i could only imagine what it would sound like with more. the only thing i'm considering now is if i should go with an aftermarket BOV and which one i should buy.

Yes, use a BOV that is intended for a vw. They are the same type and will give you that nice, loud BOV sound that youre looking for. The vw valve uses the same 1/2" hose connector that the Procharger does. The hose that comes off of the bov on the Procharger and goes back to the intake hose is for legalities only on emmisions.
