The pressure relief valve on the thermostat housing is leaking worse and worse. Is there a way to fix leak without replacing the whole housing? This is a SVT Focus. Thanks

Guess I'm confused on what you think is a pressure relief valve, there isn't one btw.

The Thermostat Housings and/or gaskets leak after time, it's just inevitable with plastic. You can try a new O-ring, but in all honesty I'd just get a new Water Outlet Assembly, the plastic threads do give after time also. Currently Ford is the only source for the SVT water outlet housing, make sure you get the SVT one, the zetec one will not have a place for your water temp sensor.
