Poison

My old Poison Bumper,

fragile as glass, cracked a little bit more everytime I drove it untill it finally exploded! hitting a steep driveway at 7eleven with 3 friends in the car. It was hilarious as the time.

Took the Engine out by raising the front end up and sliding the engine out the Front. Unless your going to the gym on a regular basis don't try to pick up th engine by yourself, it weights about 260, its a 2 person jobt to carry it across a garage

New Progress.

Just received the Block and Head. Fully Built, new seals, oil pump, ect.

The head was ported and fit with new oversized valves

The engine was balanced and stuffed with JE 9.0 Compression pistons , Eagle Rods

Head was decked about .03 inches in combination with the Zetec headgasket to get 9.6 C/R.

Yea I hope so!

I painted my valve cover last night and took the tape off today. Looks like a stock ford racing part, LOL. Its that grabber blue color they use on the stangs. Engine paint 500F. It looks a little darker color in real life.

Just put the Cylinder head on today, should have the cams and timing belt on by tommorow afternoon.

Does massive still sell the 2.4" s/c pulley?? How much of an increase can one expect from something like that?

I have a PWSC going in my SVT in 2 weeks.

They might be able to fab one up if you ask. I think they had to make mine but that was almost a year ago. Call Carl .

Depending on condition of the blower and supporting mods I'm guessing a good 30-40 hp increase.

Long tube header and 3" exhaust will be a plus.
