hey guys i have a zx3 with manual windows and i was wondering is there a way to tell if the car was wired for the power setup just never given the actually power parts? thanks for any and all tips and comments

Knowing how cheap Ford was with wiring on these cars, I'd be stunned if they were factory-wired then given manual cranks.
