Don't know what happened here at the top, seems empty.
My question was:

I know that there is a distinct noise when you max out your wheel, but usually it's only at the end. I noticed the other day it makes the sound only half-way through a full turn cycle. I'm scared it might be a faulty pump that will go soon, or is this normal?

Are you talking about the hissing sound it makes when you get to lock? Mine does the same thing, I don't believe its an issue...especially being yours is an 09.

Yeah, that hissing sound, but I think it might due it going at slower velocities, let's say when pulling out of a parking spot or something. I hope I'm just freaking out for nothing, but seems like it shouldn't do it only half way to a full cycle.
