Hi, so suddenly, my power steering stopped working.
Checked with forscan for DTC's, nothing.

Had a good whole electric power steering rack from a last donor car. Changed it, and same issue, power steering not working.

Where should I search for issues?

It is a 2016 Focus without warranty.

Im having this issue as well, started my car this morning and the wheel seemed like it was stuck but after a split second it moved with some resistence. Drove down the street and the steering seemed like it was trying to keep up to my commands but not doing a great job. Pulled over and checked under the hood to see if there was a big chunk of ice frozen in but didnt see anything.
This continued even after i drove 30 min, shit the car off and it still continued after.

From what ive read there are a few things to check like the torque sensor or power steering module to name a few.
Its apparently not the easiest for even ford the diagnose.
Mine seems to mostly act up in the cold (-15c to -25c) mornings so far
