Wondering if anyone has ever seen anything like this. The retaining bolt that holds the PS hoses to the rack seems to have been literally pulled out, threads and all. The bolt had not been touched in any maintenance. See pic for the one I am talking about, yellow arrow. This pic was taken for the header install. So, right after this pic plus about a 900 mile trip across country the bolt comes out, lucky I was not on the highway. I don't understand what forces would do this. Doesn't seem like the hoses are stressed to the point where they could exert so much pull on the retainer. The only thing I can point to are hitting railroad tracks super hard just before.
