07, 2.0 duratec, SES, How do I change the fluid in my Power Steering system? Also, what type of fluid should be used for refill?

Adapt the procedure shown in this thread:

You would need to disconnect the return hose at the reservoir and add a short hose extension so that you can direct the fluid into a catch jug, or it might be possible to run the return hose under the car to a jug.

As for fluid, I like Valvoline MaxLife Dex/Merc. It is a full synthetic and is about $20/gal at Autozone. Some Walmarts carry it for $17/gal.
