Theres one in Rensselaer, NY I forget the name of them though but there was a thread discussing them somewhere here on the boards... but its like $100 a wheel why not just buy new wheels?

There is a guy on contour.org that powdercoats. Great quality and good prices. You would have to ship to WI though. $40 a wheel.
