It could be a broken relay. Check your relays.
How do I go about checking the relays?? Also, How do I know if there not working? Thanks
The relays are under your hood. pull them out, one at a time. If one of them is bad, it will look a little burnt. As far as testing them to see if they are bad, you will need power box thing. It allows you to run current through the relay to test it. Maybe pep boys or autozone would have one they could test your relay with. I think the visual ispection will help you find what you need. If isn't a relay, you may have an open circuit somewhere. (a cut wire)
I think I found it, the power saver relay looks alittle funky! Ill try and replace it and see what happens!

The other possibility is that often the relays used on different circuits are identical. Check the part number molded into the relay case and, if they are identical, you can swap them and see if the problem area moves with the relay.
Penguin is 100% correct. Before you buy a new relay, use an identical one to replace it. If your stuff owrks, you know you have a bad relay. I completely overlooked that. Duh to me. hahah
Went to auotzone bought a new relay for the battery saver because I thought that might be it, no dice! Ill try to swap the others out and see if I cant get it going, this is a pain in the butt! If not the relay, what the heck else could it be?? The guy at AutoZone said it may be a fusable link somewhere, but where the heck could that be! Thanks guys! Luke
The fuseable link is under the hood with all the other fuses and relays (the box next to your intake box. The fuseable link will be the largest fuse there. Lets say you have a few 10, 20, 30 amp fuses. The fuseable link is the largest one. Usually a 50 i think. Pull it out and check it. I do not think that is it though. If the fuseable link goes out, nothing electrical will work.
Did you check the fuses in both the underhood location and the passenger compartment location?
Might be R1 ignition rly or the ignition switch itself (do you have heated seats? If so do they work?)
Fixed. It was the R1 ignition relay. Switched it out with the AC blower relay and windows, wipers, and heater took right off. Thanks so much to all of you for your help. You saved me tons of money!!! Thanks, Thanks, Thanks, Thanks!!!
welcome. have a great weekend
