Im installing a remote car starter and the end is finally in sight - the problem is that the vehcile instructions I have now have a discrepancy.

Could someone please describe to me where the pats 4 pin wiring harness is? Isn't it attacked directly to the ignition? I'll bake you cookies if you can also tell me what colored wires have what function in an 08 focus...?

Hmmm. OK. Limited value here as I have on 07. The PAT's (Passive Anti-theft Tranciever system) has 4 wires. Pin1: GN/BK. Voltage Supply (fused). Pin 2: BK/YE = ground (Note. feeder from BK/RD ground). PIN 3: GY/OG = TX. PIN 4: WH/GN = RX. These feed directly to the PCM. The connector is oblong. The connector itself should be green in color. Location. Steering column, right side lower (lowest?) connector.
