Im trying to remove the passenger airbag in my 06 zx3 and have removed the glove box and air duct. I tryed prying on the cover but it doesnt seem to wanna bug. any suggestions?

If it's like most air-bags, the cover is permanently attached to the air-bag assy itself. So you just remove the air-bag attachment bolts, and the cover comes off with the air-bag.....
Why are you doing this......messing with the air-bag system is dangerous, unless you know what you're doing.

Well my car is getting a new steering wheel. And I have aftermarket seat so the airbag system is not really useful in my car.

in what ive seen airbags do more harm then good. but anyway the cover isnt attatched so you could reuse it or get the euro pocket
