I've used Dot 3 brake fluid with success for removing paint that has accidentally been sprayed onto plastic. The longer the paint has been on, the more rubbing it will take. The brake fluid can dull shiny plastic, but the plastic can be polished to a high shine again with baking soda made into a paste.

Use rubbing compound medium then fine then swirl mark remover.
paint itself will damage the plastic thats why the rubbing compound
is needed. to remove the paint and refinish the plastic.
