I am replacing several parts (both bumpers and the drivers side fender) on the focus after several small accidents and wondering should i just have those parts painted or should have the entire car painted.

depends on where you go....

some places can blend the new and old paint perfectly....being that you have a newer car it shouldn't be super hard....

but if they suck...then the whole car.

Silver can be a tricky paint to match, if you have the $$$ for it, you might just want to paint the whole thing, on the other hand, if the rest of the car is in great shape, it might not be worth the money if you can find a good shop that can match your paint up nicely. I've been here in Arizona for a year, and haven't hear of a good shop yet....
