Have a new to me 2003 ZTW wagon.
Has a lean bank 1 issue.
I cleaned the MAF sensor, replaced O2 sensor 1 with a NTK 22060.
It will run fine when you first start it up and trim like it should.
Then as soon as it starts to warm up the O2 sensor 1 is reading .045v, and 0.0% trim.
O2 sensor 2 is reading .015v and 99.2% trim.
The pvc line at the intake manifold is flattened out when i reached up there, have one on order.
Fuel preasure is reading at 39-40 pounds at idle.
Should I order a new NTK sensor 2, downstream?
Or look for other issues?
I have a 2002 SE wagon I can swap parts with if necessary.

^^ I think you will find this is your issue. Leak at PCV hose.
Does your scanner show O2 sensor output graphically?

Did you see my response to your fog lights thread?

Update: i swapped out the O2 sensor 2, and the MAF from my 2002 SE wagon.
I also took a small chunk of duct tape and slapped it over the flat spot on the pvc hose.
The car runs much better now and O2 sensor 1 is reading and trimming like it should be.
I swapped the MAF back, and car still runs fine and idles fairly smooth.
Might try the O2 sensor 2 in my 2002 SE tomorrow, but going to order a new one tonight.

Dont buy another part until you replace that pcv hose.

I already ordered the O2 sensor 2, downstream.
I put the old one in my 2002 SE wagon last night.
It was functional, but runs rough in that car.
The pcv hose is on order and should be here by this coming Friday.
Im heading out wrecking yard hunting today for foglight wiring and a switch.

I vaguely remember FF members recommending that brand-X O2 sensors should not be used. Sadly, I do not remember which brands are maybe not good for this car.

NTK might be a bad choice. TBD.

When I replaced my #1 upstream sensor, I used a Motorcraft DY1043.

The typical bubblegumming up that hose does, it can even sometimes reseal to run fine for a while and drives you crazy.
