I got a P0190 this morning after changing the O2 sensor yesterday to try and clear up a couple o2 sensor related codes I have been getting.

I was driving home on Friday and all of the sudden it surged and then it would hardly stays running at all.

I got a o2 sensor stuck rich code and replaced the sensor yesterday and it didn't change anything.

Driving a mile this morning I had virtually no power with intermittent surges with AF ratios around 10 and idling around 16. That is when I got the P0190.

Any ideas?

a P0190 is a Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction, since our fuel pressure is controlled by the PCM pulsing the pump, it uses a pressure sensor on the rail to regulate fuel pressure, if that goes bad or there is not signal the car has to "guess" what fuel pressure it has. i would hook up a fuel pressure gauge if you have access to one to see what the fuel pressures look like
