So I need to replace my inner and outer tierods. Was wanting opinions on who to get parts from. Moog, parts store(Autozone, O'reillys etc) or Ford? Looking for fit and durability/longevity.

Moog are good and grease able. I used some autozone inner tie rods and they only lasted 6k and developed play in one of them. Replaced inners/outers with ford parts as the oem parts lasted well over 100k.

Ok so parts store is a no as of now. Moogs are greasable? Did not know that. Wonder if they last as long as oem?

Moog is a good aftermarket suspension company. The outer tie rods are grease able which can help keeping them serviced. Moog's front sway bar end links are also greaseable.

Moog will be better than OE because they are an all metal gusher design rather than the plastic-cupped, cost-cutting, no-service NVH garbage that comes OE.

To be fair, the OE Ford stuff is very good quality, but it can never escape the fact that it is an inferior design.
