Will an SVT throttle body bolt on to an ATX ZX3? I can modify the bracket if needed. I hate to let this guy down.

No it won't.......

The design is completely different plus the way the TPS fits on and it's correct position is also different.

Nop definetly not. Everybody would have one if it could fit. Get a FC 65mm. You can sometimes find one here for $150 or less.
