I'm replacing the carpet in my 2002 Ford Focus Sedan, unfortunately the aftermarket one I ordered sucked...
I decided to see what Ford had to offer. I found one from Ford. It is designed to fit a 2005 Ford Focus Sedan, my question is will this work with my 2002 Ford Focus Sedan. Did they change the floor pans around? Will the knock outs line up. I noticed the after market ones cover a wide range. The color is similar enough.

That should work as the '00-'07 have the same similar layout.

I had an '07 unfortunately totaled at 260,000+ miles I would of gotten 300,000 on it I know it....but they seem almost identical...anyone else?

You can make an '07 from an '02 by changing hood/fenders/grille/bumper & rear bumper, the rest didn't change (short version, washer bottle changed sides as well).

Main body is identical so floor pan should be a good fit for carpet.
