so im geting my OBX header in the mail tmrw... any tips on install? or a good walk through? its for my 06 ZX3

The heatshield can suck coming out.

Use the very first O2 sensor in the new header.

The old manifold comes out the top. (it can be a tight squeeze)

Use anti-sieze on the bolts

Ya that's pretty much it...oh and make sure you follow the tightening pattern on the manifold bolts (start from the inside and work your way out) there is a wiki link that I will try and find that could be helpful
