My right front wheel had play in it I replaced upper strut mount, steering knuckle, lower control arm, innner and outer tie rods, and rotors. Everything when together like a snap and a little noise from strut mount. Tightened that up and now after a while with no rattling I am getting a huge amount of rattling from the right wheel. Sounds like the end links or spring rattling to death. I have checked everything and it is all very tight. I had techs check it out and they could not locate it either. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Don't laugh, but are the lugs on tight on the wheel? My eclipse had a rear tire with loose lugs, techs didn't think about it and THAT was the sound.

[rolleyes]

No I torque the lugs down to 76ft/lbs.

Update: Went and pushed up and down on the bumper, was able to recreate the sound. Climbed underneath it and was able to move the swaybar up and down to make a rattling noise. Looks like I just need some new bushings and maybe end links.
