[?|] Great site, almost too much info. I'm would love to hear from anyone on suggestions, pics. I have a 2007 CD silver ZX3, 27k. No frills. crank windows, manual locks, ETC. Want to do some upgrades, rims & tires, clutch, suspension. Bought the car with every intention of driving it 2 years and then upgrade to a V8 powered ride, not a chance in hell now! Love the car, want to step up handling and performance. Any ideas or info would be greatly appreciated!

Get a nice set up Progress springs with a fatter lower rear swaybar to create some oversteer. Wheels, a nice set of 16s or 17s will be plenty. Duratec motors (like yours) love bolt on mods more than the previous and almost obsolete Zetec engines. More Power? Find a gently used turbokit or go brandnew with the Xios kit from www.focussport.com

Stock sways on a ZX3 is 20mm for front and back. On my car, I'm running a Progress 25mm in the rear. Swapping out the front sway bar is a bit more difficult since you have to drop the front crossmember and such. Major PITA.

Front stress bars are pretty much an aesthetic item since the shock towers are already so close to the firewall. This doesn't mean that they don't fit, they do, but really don't improve the handling of the car by leaps and bounds.

I wouldn't worry about upgrading the clutch just yet.
