I bought a few things and I put them on the car this weekend. I also did a little bit of painting under the hood.

Mods include-

Taylor Thundervolt 8.2mm Wires
Cold Air Intake
Black Sidemarkers
Yellow Nokya Fog Ligh Bulbs and Yellow Lamin-X

I have also added some other stuff in the past month. Including 6000k H.I.Ds, and also a grounding kit. By the end of this month I will also have a tune and exhaust.

Here are some pics...

The valve cover and intake come off orange for some reason but in person they are red. The paint was even called Ford Red.

I had stock ones painted black but bought these. They look a lot cleaner.

Doing the valve cover.

Here a just a few new pics.

Let me know what you think.

Looks good, now take my word for it, reroute your cruise control behind your intake and zip-tie it off. It'll still work fine, but left out like that, it could wear down your pretty valve cover. Not to snipe your post, but for reference sake, here's my powdercovered valve cover and rerouted cruise control cables:

Simply unbolt your red CAI, lift the cruise control cables up and gently tuck them behind the intake. They'll more or less sit there on their own, but I'd still zip-tie them off so they can't get close to the valve cover. It cleans up your engine bay a lot, and preserves that valve cover at the same time! Lemme know how it goes.

Is there anywhere to get that spark wire cover, or is it just an SVT thing? Also, to paint the valve covers, can you just pull it off, or are there any special steps to take?

But looks sweet man. good job.

That is an awesome idea. Gonna have to do this this weekend.
