Hey everybody, my names nick, I don't own a focus but a buddy of mine does, and since there is no good corolla forums I figured I'd join up. I own an 05 corolla xrs, it's pretty comparable to the svt focus and 02-05 civic si.

Those little motor's sound really good with a Short ram intake. That cam crossover is just really loud at WOT.

This is a good community as well for sure. I've had 2 differen't focus's and now drive a stang and still linger around due to a good crowd of folks.

Haha yeah, kind of Weird for me to join, but it's a great community, and I do like focus' quite a bit.

Anyhow, a quick update, I put some Megan springs on, and it lowers it 2 more inches, I'm pretty excited!

Thanks man, hopefully will be able to grab a new set of wheels come spring. I wish I could find a set of kosei k1s in 5x100. They're such great racing wheels.

I drove a XRS just a week before i bought my SVT, i was expecting corolla, and was surprised to find how quick the little thing was.

Honestly, besides wanting a 2dr hatch, the only thing about the xrs i didnt like was the dash.

Just wondering pretty quick compared to um...? Drove a few regular corollas and never thought thay were that fast. Who knows cause I think my 2001 focus wagon is peppy and all the review mags say they are super slow. I must admit the ford zetec gas mileage is none too great.
