Hey everyone, I am new to ford focus cars and obviously new to this forum.
I recently purchased an 05 focus for my daughter, which she promptly ran it into the rearend of a van, destroying the headlights, bumper, radiator support, radiator, intake manifold and various other parts. So, I went and bought a parts car with a bad engine, but i am unsure on which direction to go, engine swap or front end body part swap. I am here to get opinions, hints, tips and tricks! Thank you for having me!

X2, pics under the hood from front of car will show much. The cars can take a reasonable hit to the front and if the perimeter frame that runs to front on both sides and has a crossover bar in front of radiator is undamaged to still be square you are looking at bolt on parts only. A lot of them but still doable with no body guy needed to frame straighten.

Just me, but my kid would not get car repainted to learn him/her the value of not running into things. And to lower your loss.

Did airbags go off? That will likely double the cost.
