Hey everyone I am Newbee from Hartland MI. Almost dead nuts in the middle of Flint, Ann Arbor, Detroit and Lansing. Name is Chris.

I will be picking up a 05 ZX3 5 speed this coming week. It has 166k on it and is super clean for a Michigan car.
Has a few things it need taken care of, Like the fact that water builds up in the Driver side quart panel and sloshes around after a good rain, need new front struts and has a lift tick. Car runs great and goes down the road real nice and the inside is freaking spotless.

No major Plains for it besides fixing the issues it has, Getting the windows tinted, some new shoes and maybe lowering it a bit. But after this winter It will not be driven a whole lot after I got my Truck back up and running.

Hey Chris, it's Josh. Probably the last time you saw me was over at Flanagan's with my old Escort or the silver Focus I had.

The noise your hearing may be the tumble flaps, pretty common issue on the duratechs.

Also, the SVT suspension is actually a decent upgrade, and it'll just lower the car a tad so you can still DD during the winter without becoming a snow plow.

Enjoy the car man, you'll have to post up some pics when you pick it up

I was shocked at how clean this car is over all. Few dings and scratches but there is no rusted out panels or anything on it.

Whats going on Josh. Long time no see or hear from.
I will take all that into consideration when I do swap out some parts on it.

I've been doing alright, moved down to Portage a couple of years ago for work once I graduated from Northern.

Yeah it took awhile to find a clean example of an SVT/ST before I bought the car I currently have. Most of them around here either have had a rough life or the seller wants way too much money for it.

I come back to Hartland every so often, that place has just gotten more obnoxious though over the years haha

Yep that is my truck.
Sucker has a lot of dings and dents but the only rust on the whole thing is on the PS bed fender well and its about 3-4inches long. Truck only has 107k on it. 351 with a 5 speed. Its a beast and hauls great.
