Just got my Ruby Red 2014 Focus SE Hatchback! Purchased from VanBortel Ford, a great local Ford dealership. Previous ride was a Mica Black 2006 Mazda 3 Hatchback. A really nice car, but started rusting in the rear wheel wells after only less than 5 1/2 years.
Joined this forum before purchasing to research the DCT transmission. Seems like it is key to realize it is a basically a manual transmission that is controlled by computer. Once you learn how to drive it is much fun =>http://www.focusfanatics.com/forum/showthread.php?t=415994
Don't plan on doing any mods, just the regular maintenance things.
P.S. My grandkids think their Grandma's car is very cool!
