So i noticed, on my 05 zx5 w/ auto trans , my CV boots were worn pretty bad, and after further inspection i saw some tranny fluid leaking from where my axle meets my trans. So i assume that my axle seal is bad. So i could use some advice on changing the axle and the seal. It looks pretty straight forward but the thing is i cant seem to find the seal. If anyone knows a part number or anything that would be great help. Also any tips would be great too, thanks in advance for the advice .

I removed the passenger side axle & used a long hd drift pin like rod in thru the pass side to pound out the driver side axle.

OTC parts books commonly call those 'output shaft seals'.

Make sure you get that outside nut all the way fully tight, the commonest error made, and bearing then destroys like a week or month later to make you do it all again. 200 ft.lbs. there.
