I recently bought my 2003 Focus LX 2.3 Duratec PZEV. Its a 5-Speed and a big change from my gas guzzling 72 Pontiac GTO. I just could not afford Gas. I have done a few mods such as new exhaust and STEALTH CAI which I love what other cheap MODS could I do to squeeze a little more out. Plugs, wires, ETC. NOT LOOKING TO SPEND MUCH!

An ECU reflash would be a great way to squeeze some extra power and also get better mpg.

no wires on our cars

a nice set of autolite 104's gapped to .050" will suit well and smooth the moitor out quite a bit, an ecu reflash is good, but you are gonna be using high octane fuel

about 400 wtih 2 tunes, your second tune can be a 87 octane tune, but to get most performance you'll want to stick the high octane tune.

will the autolites do anything for increases of no. I read somewhere that people are changing plugs and is not helping actually making things worse. What other simple mods whould be worthwhlie. I blew a lot of money on exhaust.
