here are some pics....







one prt is the resonator and the other is the muffler...
i need to know how to make them stay together without welding them...

they have a whity thing arround...but dont know what it is....

i think its sposed to have clamps, you didnt get any w/ it?

@focal...yes it is used...

they are not perfect...but as long as they do the job...i'm happy !

from the look of it, in time they will leak, and it would be good to get it welded

Yea if you install it, you may want to have a shop weld it together. Just remember its not comin off easily so better plan to keep it.

i just install it...
i think it have a leak...

how i really know if it have a leak or not ?

To check for leaks: take a large rag, ball it up, and plug the tailpipe. If he leaks you will hear the exhaust pressure leaking out somewhere. No leaks, it will sound fine and just be hard to hold the rag on the tip.

There is only really one place for there to be a leak, well there are 2 but I ampretty sure its that cracked section.

Get it welded joel at an exhaust shop.

Also, make a request that the shop use stainless wire in the MIG welder, cuz that is probably what they will use. I've gone to several shops who knew it was stainless, and used regular steel wire. The weld held up, but it did rust. It might not ever be a problem, but it can leak over time.
