I need to get the air box out of the way so I can pull out the DSI clip and IMRC box. Need advise on getting the air box out! Please and Thank you!

pop it open there are some bolts on the inside i think then you just pull on it and it will come out. look all around for bolts at the base if there are none than it just pulls out.

There are some 3-points bolts (or something) on the bottom..I cant see them but i feel them. And I dont see any bolts or screws on the inside of the box. And I dont wanna just jerk it out...

did you take the top cover off the airbox? and take the filter out? there should be bolts in there i thought. if not then it really is just pull off.
