Does anyone have any photo's of the location of the block heater for a 2006 ford focus 2.0 litre stn wagon?

My car was originally purchased in Ontario so I am not sure if has a block heater installed standard. I know for sure it does not have the cable hooked up.

If you have pictures this would help even more.

Thanks, :)

If you have a block heater it would be installed in one of the freeze plug holes, so check them. We don't use them here in Texas, so I don't have photos.

If there's no cord, then it didn't get a block heater.

Try putting in a battery blanket...I've found them as effective. Up here in Ottawa I use both on the really cold nights. And I switch to 0W20 for the winter.

Near the ford emblem on the front of the car ( under the hood) look for a black cord and follow it along towards the right. Looks like an extension cord. Took me 5 mins in the dark to find it, as it's slightly hidden..but it's there!!
