Well, since you said you need help fast, I'll give you both, per Chiltons.

2.0 SPI

Step 1 37 ft-lbs
Step 2 Loosen 1/2 turn
Step 3 37 ft-lbs
Step 4 Tighten 1/4 turn from step 3
Step 5 Tighten 1/4 turn from step 4

Tightening Sequence of head (viewed from above):
9 3 1 5 7
8 6 2 4 10

e.g. A typical "start at the center, then work outwards in a cross pattern" sequence.

ZETEC:

Step 1 132 INCH-lbs
Step 2 30 FT-lbs
Step 3 Angle tighten a further 90 degrees.

At least that's what Chilton says.

Yes. The last torquing step being in angle of a circle rather than a torque number says they are TTY (torque to yield) one time use stretch bolts. You risk a sudden fail of head gasket when reusing them as they stretch to deform when used and not as strong second time around. The bolts actually get longer with every use as they are slowly twisting in two, they are made intentionally smaller in diameter than a normal bolt to do so. The first use is the one that yields them internally to fail later, why they are called that.
