Justy, MFT doesn't have commands, well it has touch screen commands. If you're looking for documentation on MFT download the MFT Touch Supplement from the Ford Focus Owner's Guide Manual site.
Don't confuse MFT with Sync, the voice command system. They are technically two different pieces of technology, while they work together you can also use Sync with MyFord (which is Ford's screen/information center without a touch screen).
Documentation for Sync is on the SyncMyRide web site, which is unfortunately down for the weekend for maintenance. You have to be the owner of a car with Sync to get in, but you can sneak in if you know your VIN. At least that was the requirement, it may change with the site update.
