I drove to Orlando last weekend to meet my parents for a family party. I've posted on this and other boards a few times that I've been getting crappy MPG from my Focus. After doing allot of tweaks and some aftermarket parts, I managed to get 37 mpg! 416 miles on 11.1 gallons!

After I filled up, we stopped at Sonic (after seeing all the commercials and never being near one, we had to try it). Anyway, here are the pics, enjoy!

Thats excellant! I was getting around 300ish on a tank until I swapped to the 100% no ethenol crap gasoline, and now I'm getting about 360 to a tank (in town).

The rims are one-off Steeda prototype rims and the car is dropped with Steeda lowering springs, I'd say about 1.5 all around, though I'm not sure, it's low enough to still get over speed bumps (and small children haha)

I installed a Steeda SRI and Trubendz (Magnaflow) 2.5" exhaust. I also did some hypermiling techniques which def helped.

Stay tuned for updates, I'll be making a new thread after I get some "new" parts installed. Is washing a thousand dead bugs from your bumper and windshield considered a performance mod? The weight, it's slowing me down, aaaahh!! :)
