any comp or ford racing stage I&II all inclusive will run about 500, anything more aggressive then that like cat or crower II+ then you have to factor in retainers which will finish you off at about 725...from what i heard any stage I or II are reliable for daily driving and saftey, any stage III+ and your risking over revving as well as driveability, do a search if you dont get the answers your lookin for cuz im sure you can find the same topic in past threads

I've got Sean Hylands Stage II ams and love them. They were 400 with free shipping. www.seanhylandfocus.com. The Street/Track one's. Easy install with the timming tool and a good deal more power. Absolutely no loss in reliability. Just us your Haynes Manual and it set-by-sets it for you.
