Already 60 percent experienced some defects. That is not a very good number . Yes I know the numbers are still early but.....

Why did you reverse the order for the "problem" questions? Might have confused some people.

Had mine a few weeks and its going great. Hoping I don't run into problems with the DCT. Car has almost 400 miles on it now.

Pretty good marks from me.
Has the DCT issue and had a defective compass so that was a mark down. The compass issue probably should have never made it to me (the dealer should have noticed this before they sent it out, lord knows they had a long enough time to find it).

I think there should be an option for ford service/dealer opinion. I would absolutely give two thumbs down in that category. I have been pretty disappointed with the dealers by me... Although my Mitsubishi Montero had terrible maintenance requirements at least the dealers were courteous and very helpful. Haven't found the ford/lincoln dealers I've been to to be anywhere close to the same... :(

^I agree on the bad service voting.

When I bring my car in for weird noises, everything is normal, but as soon as I hit 50k miles, they start sending me mail about how my car is "overdue" for its "maintenance" that they want to charge me $500 for - I bet they don't grease a single joint/bushing (not that there are even greaseable zerks on new cars anymore).

Voted, even though I'm now Focus-less. Figured some balanced feedback is good around here.

The Ford service experience is actually what turned me away from trading up to an ST. I didn't want to go through that again.
