hi folks newbie here,im thinking of getting a salvage 2010 plate focus cabriolet to give it the rs treatment,i can get a low mileage one for about £5k with light front end damage i.e. needing new bonnet,wings,bumper...as i'd be putting the rs panels on the car anyway it makes sense to buy a salvage car than buy a minter and throw the good panels away (plus i'd save a fortune doing it this way)...the problem i have is the back of the car,the rear quarters and back bumper are totaly differant from the hatchback model (i presume the sideskirts would fit the cab as im sure it's the same length as the hatch)...and ideas on how to make the quarters and rear bumper to fit right,i know the rear bumpers would need to be both cut in half and plastic welded together sumhow but not sure how lol...any ideas would be welcome.
thanks [?|]
