I finally figured out which cat back, Im gettin the Mbrp but i got some ?'s about it.
On the dynos recently posted the db's were 91 at 3000 , now is that 91 for the 2.25 or the 2.5 catback?
Does any one have this pipe an do they like it or not?
Does anyone know which is better 2.25 or the 2.5?
has anyone heard the 2.5 ?
an is the 2.5 a directbold on,or will i have to buy a flex pipe

you dont really need a flax if its gonna be only exhaust..
will help thou....

and i think the diameter was 2.25...
i think thats the stardard on mbpr....

2.25 are good for a middly modify car...

2.5 for a all motor high power or semi-high modify car or like little boost FI...

3 would be for kickass car...

the 2.5 is a direct bolt on and you do not have to buy a flex pipe but if you plan on going aftermarket header then it would be a good idea. As far as 2.25 or 2.50 being better it just plans on your plans down the road what all do you plan on doing to the car?

I wouldn't say the sound will be much louder with a 2.5 verses 2.25.

I know folks with MBRPs and they love them, it has a distinctive sound.

hows it look .thanks a lot guys , I guess im gonna go ahead an get the 2.5 cause ill prolly end up gettin aa header later on down the road.

2.5 will be very loud...
so try to find a bigger resonator pipe...

it will be even more lound when you add the header...
are you planning to go FI in a future...?

I have the mbrp exhaust, and the pipe is 2.25 Dia. You will love it!! Sounds great especially if you take your car up to redline, it just screams

well im retarded whats fi , i know its forced introduction but whats that?but say i dont get a header is it still gonna give as good as gain as2.25, an will i feel it pull harder with an aftermarket cat back verses the cut off muffler i got now

FI its turbo, sc or any othe stuff like that...

n/a its all motor or natural aspire...

The way every ones talkin why would any one get the 2.25 if the 2.5 is all around better , is the 30 extra buck why people go with the 2.25?an how much is shipping an handling gonna run me im gonna buy threw mcnews , unless someone knows where i can get one cheaper than 350$
