I don't know anybody who lives there personally but I have been there about 10 times in the last 4 years and have fallen in love with it. I like the mountains and the deserts, the state and national parks are amazing. The hot and dry weather really doesn't bother me that much either, I prefer 110 with 20 percent humidity to 90 degrees with 80 percent humidity anyday! My question is has anyone had personal experience moving from the Great Lakes region out to Vegas? If so what are the pros and cons you have experienced along the way? Do you regret the move? I have less than a year before I decide if I'm moving there or not and I'm not sure if it's going to be too expensive to move/live there. I would think that Vegas has to be in better financial shape than Cleveland with more jobs and things to do. I want to live in a state that people actually want to visit and live in then a state that people are moving out of in record numbers. Suggestions or personal experience appreciated!!
