No, you need the Contour gasket from them.

Is there a how-to on tucking the throttle cables? I've seen other valve covers like that get black burn spots from the rubber tubing resting on top.

I looked at my stock cover and there's not a mark on it. So I should be fine.

Yeah, but the stock cover is black... so you probably wouldn't see anything. I just looked at your picture again though, and the cables are resting slightly above the cover so lucky you.
