All you will find are the crappy Haynes/Chilton manuals or the Ebay factory service manuals (which IMO is the best bet). From time to time you can luck out and find a torrent, but they can take a while to download and sometimes include a nice virus for your pleasure.
Thing is 90% of what is contained in a FSM you will never use. The wiring diagrams for instance, unless you have a major issue and have to track down every splice, color change and merge of wire it will be of little use to you.
If you want a true FSM give Helm Publishing a call. They do the vast majority of the FSM's for the major manufactures.

To get detailed wiring diagrams, you'll probably have to go with a Ford Factory Wiring Diagram Manual. Unfortunately this manual only contains the wire diagrams and some related info.....nothing else.

I found one on E-Bay recently for $18. The complete Ford service manual for my '06 also off E-Bay went for $60.

The other non-Ford manuals contain mostly generic wire diagrams.....pretty worthless.
