2006 ZX4 SES 70k miles. The bushings on both of my lower control arms have a loud creaking noise with every little bump I go over. I have inspected them and everything looks perfectly good. Is there any way to lube these bushings so the creaking stops, or do I have to consider replacing both control arms? Has anyone else experienced this creaking noise?

you can hit them with some kind of spray grease, that should stop the creaking. spray the control arm bushings and your sway bar bushings while your in there. check your ball joints too, sometimes when they get old and dry they make some noise....

could be your sway bar end links....OEM rubber dosent normally squeak..but yeah grease your sway bar bushings too when your down there

I had a very loud creaking sound going over bumps a few years ago. It was the sway bar bushings. The rubber swells and dries out causing the creaking.
